Governing Law/Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida State. Any controversies or disputes arising out of these Terms shall be settled first by mediation in Port St Lucie, FL. In the event mediation is unsuccessful, then the parties agree to submit the dispute to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any arbitral proceedings shall take place in Port St Lucie, FL. Any judgment awarded in arbitration may be entered in any court having jurisdiction to do so.
